Steve is Managing Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition at CCD Partners. He has built a wide‐ranging network across the global chemical industry and a strong track record of sourcing C-Suite personnel for corporate development and talent roles.

Steve holds an MSc in Bio/Analytical Chemistry and an MBA. He began his career as a chemicals equity analyst at UBS Warburg, then spent nine years in corporate development and business management at Air Products. In 2000, he founded Chemical Search International, a leading global executive-search firm focused on the chemicals value-chain, and now also heads up the Talent function at CCD Partners.

When not working, Steve is a passionate drummer (Trinity Rock & Pop Grade 8) and loves drinking wine!
