Robert is Execution Partner - Americas Lead at CCD Partners, bringing over 40 years of experience across the advanced materials and specialty chemical industries. He began his career in traditional project, R&D, and process-engineering roles before moving into product, market, and business development positions. Robert progressed into SBU strategic planning, including M&A leadership, which then expanded into corporate M&A leadership.

During his last 12 years at DuPont, Robert served as a Corporate M&A Leader, with active oversight of the M&A processes and engagement across multiple business divisions. His work encompassed acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, while collaborating closely with corporate and business strategy/M&A pipeline development teams. His 20+ years of strategy and M&A experience involved numerous complex and challenging transactions, which were often cross-border.
