CCD Partners treats information shared with us in a business context as private and confidential unless it is clearly intended for wider distribution, already public, or agreed otherwise. We ask the same of those with whom we correspond. Where specific confidentiality obligations are required, we are typically happy to enter into an appropriate non-disclosure agreement.
