Throughout his career, József has specialised in pharmaceutical R&D, process chemistry, contract pharma services, and scaling businesses from startup stage to established CDMO operations. His experience includes strategic leadership, cross-functional team development, manufacturing scale-up, and supporting M&A and growth initiatives across international markets.
