He was CEO of API manufacturer Uquifa for over 25 years, previously served as CEO of Holliday Chemical Holdings PLC and Divisional CEO at Yule Catto, and has also held executive and non-executive positions, including at Carbosynth and SugaROx.

Throughout his career, Mark has specialised in APIs, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and fine chemicals, leading businesses through international growth, operational transformation, and strategic development. His experience spans commercial leadership, corporate strategy, and executive management across European pharmaceutical and life sciences markets.
