Adele-Marie read Maths at Durham University before qualifying as an accountant with Ernst & Young's audit team.

She worked as an accountant and internal auditor at RAB Capital and MAN Investments before becoming an Assistant Director at the UK's Competition and Markets Authority, a role that involved financial and markets analysis in relation to proposed M&A deals.

Adele-Marie now heads up CCD Partners' finance and treasury function.
