Vlad is an Execution Partner and EU Lead at CCD Partners, with over 12 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate finance across M&A and capital markets. During eight years at Barclays, he advised global clients in the fertiliser, chemicals, and consumer ingredients sectors on buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as capital raisings.

Vlad holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. Outside of work, he is a passionate triathlete and multiple Ironman finisher.
