Ramen Ray Mandal is an investment banking specialist with over 26 years’ experience across investment banking, structured finance, and corporate banking. An IIT and IIM alumnus, he has led and executed complex corporate finance transactions across industrials, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and infrastructure sectors.



Ramen’s core strengths include relationship management, deal origination, and transaction structuring. He established and grew the Investment Banking practice at ING Vysya Bank, building a high-performing team and delivering profitable results through challenging market cycles.
