A co-founder of Cogency, and now CEO of a VC backed catalysts business, Paul is also an investor in and NXD several industry related companies with wide access to C-Suite executives globally.

Michael was CEO and Co-owner of Süddeutsche Emulsions-Chemie (a manufacturer of specialist waterborne wax additives) for 17 years before selling the business to Munzing. Michael now operates as an executive consultant and as an investor.

Michael has a business PhD and 25 years experience in the specialty chemicals industry. Starting as a management consultant at Roland Berger he held various senior management positions at Fuchs Petrolub AG, including CEO of Fuchs Lubricants plc.
